At Kelowna e-Foil Adventures, we aim to get your gear to you quickly, affordably, and in perfect condition. Here's what you need to know:


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship from Kelowna, BC, Canada, using trusted carriers.

Canada 3–8 business days Calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping on Canadian orders over $100 CAD (before tax).

  • Custom orders may require 3-4 week lead time.


Local Pickup (Kelowna Only)

  • Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

  • You’ll be contacted to arrange a pickup time at our local location.

  • Usually ready within 1–2 days.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship quickly, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier backlogs

  • Customs processing (for US orders)

We are not responsible for delays once a package is in transit.


Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us—we’ll work with the carrier to locate or replace it.
