Kelowna e-Foil Adventures Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open only to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Entrants must have a valid Canadian address and phone number.

• Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Kelowna e-Foil Adventures are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

• To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form including their full name, email address, phone number, and postal code.

• Participants must indicate their interest in lessons or purchasing an eFoil and agree to receive marketing communications.

• Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Consent

• By entering, participants agree to receive email and/or SMS communications related to lessons, promotions, and updates from Kelowna e-Foil Adventures.

• Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Prize Details

• Prizes may include Kelowna e-Foil Adventures merchandise (e.g., hats or shirts) and/or a free eFoil lesson.

• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

• Exact prize details and quantities will be posted on the promotion landing page or disclosed at the time of entry.

5. Draw and Winner Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries and notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw closing date.

• If a winner does not respond within 48 hrs of notification, a new winner may be selected.

• Winners may be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim their prize, as required by Canadian contest law.

6. Draw Period

• The draw period begins on July 1st, 2025 and ends on July 2nd, 2025, unless extended or shortened at the discretion of Kelowna e-Foil Adventures.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Kelowna e-Foil Adventures is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or human error.

• By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Kelowna e-Foil Adventures from any claims arising out of participation in the draw or acceptance of any prize.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the draw and for ongoing marketing communications, in accordance with Canadian privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions

• Kelowna e-Foil Adventures reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the prize draw at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

• Entry into the draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
